Are you a compassionate leader with experience in dementia care? We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support and guide our care team in providing exceptional person-centered care to our residents at Augusta Court Chichester.
About the Role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee the daily care and support provided to residents living with dementia. You will play a key role in leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of carers to ensure the highest standards of care are met while creating a warm and respectful environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team of care staff to deliver quality care
- Ensuring person-centered care that respects residents' dignity and independence
- Assisting with care planning and liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Administering medication and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Supporting training and development of staff to maintain excellent care standard
