Bank Care Assistant – Hazel End (Anchor)
Location: Hazel End, Bishop’s Stortford
Hours: Flexible shifts, including weekend availability
Rate of Pay: £12.94 per hour
With NVQ Qualification: £13.54 per hour

About Hazel End:
Hazel End is a modern, purpose-built care home in Bishop’s Stortford, providing exceptional residential and dementia care. Known for its friendly atmosphere and high standards, Hazel End is a place where residents feel truly at home and staff are proud to work.
What You’ll Do:
As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centred care and support to our residents, working shifts that suit both you and the needs of the home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care and everyday tasks
- Supporting at mealtimes and with mobility
- Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- Ensuring dignity, independence, and respect are upheld at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and reliable nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
- An NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable (and comes with enhanced pay!)
