Location: Priors Hall Care Home, Corby
Hours: Full-time or part-time available
Part-time shifts: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Pay: £12.66 per hour
Enhanced Pay with NVQ Qualification: £13.43 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with kindness, dignity, and compassion. Your duties will include:
• Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting residents with mobility and ensuring safety and comfort
• Helping during mealtimes, including serving food and assisting with eating where needed
• Encouraging independence and social interaction
• Building trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ensuring that residents feel valued and always respected

Who We’re Looking For:

• A caring, patient and reliable nature
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable (and rewarded with a higher pay rate!)
• No previous experience needed – just the right values and a desire to care
