Anchor is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in shared ownership and new homes sales. You’ll lead the successful delivery of our later-living developments, managing a team of Sales Consultants and driving performance to ensure exceptional customer experiences. If you're passionate about leading people, improving processes, and delivering housing that truly meets the needs of older buyers — we want to hear from you.

In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales journey, from pre-launch to handover, ensuring every development meets its targets and delivers on our brand promise. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Operations, you’ll have strategic input into pricing, market positioning, and performance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness through strong reporting and documentation processes.

You’ll collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, and Land teams, shaping schemes and campaigns to align with market demand and customer expectations. Your ability to motivate teams on-site, respond to local market trends, and lead with commercial awareness will be key to your success.

Shared ownership experience is essential, along with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering complex residential sales programmes.
