From spending time chatting while helping with the ironing, engaging in various activities or even setting up Skype so they can stay connected with their friends and family, being a Welfare Assistant is all about helping our residents at what can be a lonely and isolated time.
As a highly flexible role, we offer a range of hours available on a full or part time basis. You’ll also gain guaranteed key worker status coupled with an excellent reward and benefits package. The role will initially be offered on a six months fixed term contract and could be a perfect way to start a career in Care.
