Job Role: Senior Care Assistant
Pay & Benefits: £10.78 with benefits such as life assurance, pension plan (4% employee, 4% employer contribution), up to 50% discount across major retailers, entertainment and high street shops.
Hours: Part time, nights, 23 hours

What you’ll do
As a senior care assistant, you'll be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs as well as dispensing medication. This role will also give you the opportunity to use your management skills to ensure a high level of quality care is being delivered by the team.
What you’ll need
A knowledge of delivering good quality care to over 55’s, a listening ear, a supportive and caring nature. You’ll be someone who pays attention to detail and displays good leadership qualities. While it is not imperative that you have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care, you just need to be interested in working towards it.
What we’ll give you
You will be provided with on the job training and we can even support you to complete NVQ’s and QCF’s. We provide the uniform and provide a free DBS so you can perform your role to the best of your ability.
