Role: Scheme Manager
Contract: Full time 38 hours, Permanent
Salary: £11.09 - 12.11 per hour
Location: Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire

As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service which meets and exceeds expectations. You will support the needs of the individual and promote happy living for those living at Springfield Mews and Coopers Close. You’ll have great people skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to build great relationships. As well as being a people person, you’ll also be business minded, looking out for ways to improve the services that Anchor Hanover has to offer.
You will get the best of both worlds with opportunities to work as part of a team and the chance to work independently. Knowledge or previous experience of working with people over 55, managing budgets, complaint handling and safeguarding of vulnerable adults is required. In addition, a level 3 certificate or diploma in housing is desirable but not essential.
