About the role:
You will ensure delivery of solutions that satisfy business requirements, working within a team of Solution Analysts in close collaboration with a team of Solution Architects, business requirements will be translated into a solution for implementation by the IT operations team.
You will have:
- previous experience in the use of business/ systems analysis techniques, frameworks and methodologies, as well as capturing business requirements and the preparation of business cases
- knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Prince 2 or Agile techniques) and the IT solution life cycle
- ability to extract an understanding of requirements from the business to build a business case. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
- ability to manage and prioritise multiple competing tasks as well as the ability to organise and achieve results using collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
