Job Title:         Solutions Analyst

Location:         Agile working with the requirement to be in our Bradford office 2-3 days a week

Salary:             Competitive depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

About the role:

You will ensure delivery of solutions that satisfy business requirements, working within a team of Solution Analysts in close collaboration with a team of Solution Architects, business requirements will be translated into a solution for implementation by the IT operations team.

About you:

You will have:

• previous experience in the use of business/ systems analysis techniques, frameworks and methodologies, as well as capturing business requirements and the preparation of business cases
• knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Prince 2 or Agile techniques) and the IT solution life cycle
• ability to extract an understanding of requirements from the business to build a business case. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
• ability to manage and prioritise multiple competing tasks as well as the ability to organise and achieve results using collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
