Anchor Hanover is expanding our new development team and we’re recruiting talented individuals to help us achieve our target of providing over 3200 new homes where people love living in later life.
About the role:
You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of resales services within the sales and marketing team:
Listing resales properties; arranging appointments from our database and handling new enquiries. Updating Rightmove and relevant data bases and complying with all procedures to ensure we are fully compliant.
Organising, planning and delivering high quality, effective resales events within agreed parameters
A key part of the role is building relationships with prospective purchasers to convert enquiries into reservations and subsequently ensuring a smooth sales journey for sellers and purchasers from the outset, to moving day.
You will have:
proven success in sales, preferably experience in residential estate agency services equivalent to the level of Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager. (Experience of selling within the retirement sector is advantageous).
The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and understand the importance of customer and data confidentiality.
Experience of working in high pressure situations with completing priorities
Working knowledge of relevant legislation relating to estate agency services
Knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques
A level of empathy and positivity due to the nature of the resale
