Anchor Hanover is expanding our new development team and we’re recruiting talented individuals to help us achieve our target of providing over 3200 new homes where people love living in later life.
About the role:
You will act as the main point of contact for Anchor Hanover’s new developments ensuring their success by delivering sustainable buildings and services that meet the diverse needs of residents and the teams working within the new locations.
You will manage internal stakeholders to plan and facilitate all activities associated with the delivery of Anchor Hanover’s new developments, at a project level, from post planning to customer move in’s and until fully integrated into business as usual.
About you:
You will have:
- Project management experience with a track record of the delivery of residential projects
- Good understanding of the practicalities and implementing operational management requirements across departments
- Managing developments and/or commissioning of new residential projects.
- Understand the needs and aspirations of various internal and external customers and stakeholders
Please note due to the nature of the role being home based and the size of documentation that is received daily, the postholder will need to have fast fibre-broadband access
