Our Relief Managers at Anchor play an important role in providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our customers. To be successful in this role you will have great people skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships easily. You will also be able to work alone confidently and manage any emergency situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge or previous experience of working with older people, complaint handling, health and safety and safeguarding of vulnerable adults is desirable, but not essential for this role. You will also need to complete online training courses from time to time; therefore basic computer skills are essential.
